SHIPPING: If Cybermed Industries ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen. Payment must be received in full before we will ship. This means that we will charge your credit card for product purchased (together with shipping and handling charges) before shipping them to you.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Cybermed Industries Inc. The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when our shipping notice email has been sent to your email address.
We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.
ONE MONTH FREE TRIAL If you have purchased a one (1) month trial, you have also agreed to subscribe for and purchase on a monthly basis, until cancelled by you, a one monthly supply of the product purchased. You are responsible for shipping and handling. We will charge you using your original method of payment on a monthly basis for this prior to shipping to you. You hereby authorize us to charge your credit card monthly for this. You are responsible for notifying us if you change your credit card or if your credit card expires. The term of your subscription is 48 months in addition to the initial one month free supply. During that period, we will not increase the monthly cost for the product. We reserve the right toincrease our charges for shipping and handling in our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription after you have purchased at full price at least one additional month's supply in addition to the one month free trial that we give you. You may request a cancellation by emailing us at support@teamcybermed.com If we do not receive and process your cancellation request at least five (5) days before the transaction date for your last shipment as shown on your Visa or other statement, your cancellation request may not be effective until the next month.
REFUND POLICY For first time purchasers, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased in your first order, we will gladly give you a full refund (excluding shipping) if you simply return the unused product and the packaging for the product that you have used postage prepaid by you along with a short letter explaining why you are unsatisfied. Your request for a refund must be received by us within 67 days of the date of the invoice for your first order. We will refund you 100% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 30 days after that using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the product. This policy does not apply to purchasers who use our one month trial.
